No. 11 – Mafia II – Cleaved To Death

It’s known that the real mafia have no qualms about perpetrating horrific acts of violence against their enemies, but the game Mafia II takes it to a whole new level of gruesome. Not only is there a mob hit, but it is a mob hit in broad daylight in the middle of a park with meat cleavers. Just the previous sentence is enough to make you wince when your imagination starts forming ideas of what it might look like. The scene in Mafia II is so shocking and visceral that any other game about organized crime pales in comparison. Nothing in the Grand Theft Auto games come close to this carnage.
