These games will be available to download just after 11:00 PM Eastern time in the U.S. Let's take a look at the new releases for this week! (Pricing and links will be made available when the games hit the App Store tonight.)
This sugary sweet game is a physics puzzler filled with over 90 levels of sweet awesomeness. Can you stop the evil Dr. Lemon?
It's basketball season again already? Didn't it just end, like, six hours ago? Regardless, the latest basketball game from 2K Sports is bound to be a big hit. It's already available to download, so get out $8 and start hitting some threes!
This brand new tower defense game hopes to stand out from the rest with its futuristic theme and maneuvering units called "BLADEs" that you control by tilting your device. It's a cool looking game that's a steal for a buck.
Don't be in such a rush! It's time to slow things down with Snail Bob, the first of two Chillingo titles hitting the App Store this week. Guide Bob through 60 levels of puzzle madness. The game has some really colorful graphics and looks like it's a lot of fun. Look for our review soon.
The arcade classic returns after 30 long years! In the original game, your goal was to invade the huge fortress called Zaxxon. Now Sega is giving gamers a chance to finally escape! With pumped up graphics and a behind-the-ship perspective, it's old school meets new school and we can't wait to play it.
Ravenous Games is porting over the popular Flash game Burrito Bison to the App Store. Your goal is to launch a giant bull into a bunch candy gummies. Sounds weird? It is weird, which is why we can't wait to play it!
The second Chillingo title hitting the App Store this week is Grow Away!, a game where you fight off invadaing monsters by launching different kinds of vegetables at them. If your kid won't eat his greens, let them play this game so they'll know that vegetables are not only good for you, but good for killing monsters too!
Everyone loves crazy stunts, and now you can live the life of a dangerous stuntman with Stunt Star: The Hollywood Years. Fly, flip, crash and pray you don't burn alive with this fun looking stuntman title. Jump over 100 buses while on fire on a moped? Eh, child's play.
After three long years of development, Apex Designs is finally releasing their Grand Theft Auto type game called Payback² HD. With huge environments, over 50 missions, nine game modes and online multiplayer, get ready for some massive gang battles. Hope you brought your rocket launcher.
This might earn the Weird Game of the Week award. Play as Lemmy, trapped inside a mad scientist's body. Eating eyeball creatures helps you as you try and fight your way out. It has boss fights, cool graphics and simple touch controls. And it's from Microsoft, which is weird. Hey Microsoft, port over Halo already.
