New Games This Week: Rayman Jungle Run, Street Fighter X Tekken + More
A bunch of new games are coming out, including a new Street Fighter, Rayman and a throwback to another RPG classic. Let's get our wallets warmed up and take a look at the new games hitting the App Store tonight at 11:00 PM Eastern.
Looks like a fun little game where you guide a ship through a bunch of crazy levels. Don't hit the walls and try to nail the landing zone!
The Room by Fireproof Games -- $4.99 for iPad
Great. Another puzzle game that's going to keep me up at night. The Room has really sharp graphics and looks like it's going to be an awesome puzzler. I can't wait to swear at myself for being too dumb to play it. This one is for the iPad only. Sorry, new iPhone 5 users!
I've been playing Street Fighter X Tekken Mobile since it hit the App Store (It came out early). Great controls and graphics and the online battles are smooth with no lag. This is a must buy for Street Fighter fans and it's on sale for $2.99 for a limited time.
Lili is a beautiful looking game where you play as a character who wears the shortest shorts humanly possible. Fight spirits and gather flowers, in what is surely the manliest game of the year.
Crafty Creatures looks like another fun puzzle game from Chillingo. I like how these guys go out of their way to find new and creative games from today's hottest indie developers.
Forest Guardians by Digitally Bold -- Free for iPhone
So you control a fox that runs around a forest and you pick stages and ... what the hell is this Forest Guardians again? A tower defense game? Alright, I'll roll with it.
The classic RPG has finally been ported to iOS! Don't talk to me for the next 80 hours. I have a game to play.
This recess looks way more fun than the recess periods I had growing up, which consisted of me being beaten up by bullies and getting kicked in the stomach by girls. At least the bully part has stopped now that I'm an adult. Still can't stop girls from kicking me, though.
Looks interesting but it appears as if only two levels are free and the rest you have to unlock/purchase? We'll have to wait and see.
Rayman Jungle Run is pretty, it's fun and it's Rayman! Each new level is more amazing to look at than the one before it. Download it now, you won't be sorry.
