Twitter, Vine, HBO GO, ShowTime Anytime, Comedy Central, Major League Gaming and Crunchyroll are just some of the new apps coming to Xbox One and Xbox 360.

With just a few days away from Xbox's E3 press conference, a multitude of new entertainment applications have been announced on the Xbox Wire to release globally for Xbox 360 and Xbox One. While some of these apps are more TV channel-based, such as ShowTime Anytime, HBO GO, Comedy Central, Encore Play and FrightFlix, there are a wide variety of different features and original programming coming to Xbox systems as well.

Social networking websites are getting their own apps. Twitter will be integrated seamlessly into the Xbox One's TV experience. Similar to how WWE plays live Tweets during its broadcasts, you will be able to see the live, related Tweets of the show you are currently watching. You will also get to see which shows are being Tweeted about the most in terms of what's trending or popular. Some of the other upcoming apps include the likes of EPIX, Fox Play, FXNOW, GoPro, iHeartRadio, Infinity, KDrama, MLG, Movieplex, MTV, NBA, NHL, Syfy Now, STARZ Play, USA Now and VH1. To see the full list of what other apps are coming, please check Xbox Wire.

Hopefully concrete release dates for all the apps will follow soon.
