These Robocop vs. The Terminator figures have us wanting to yell, "I'd buy that for a dollar!"

NECA has announced a line of action figures to be released based on the classic 1993 game, Robocop vs. The Terminator. Robocop vs. Terminator originally came out for Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Sega Master System, Game Gear and Game Boy. It was loosely based off the 1992 comic book miniseries of the same name. We should note that the original comic series was written by Frank Miller, utilizing many of the story concepts that were cut from his original scripts of 'Robocop 2' and 'Robocop 3'.

Series 1 of the line includes two Terminators (an endoskeleton and an Arnold-looking one), with a heavy machine gun and a plasma rifle. Series 2 of the line includes two versions of Robocop: a fire-damaged one with a rocket launcher and pistol and a regular version of the character with a flamethrower (why would you use flamethrowers on robots?).

Big Bad Toy Store claims that the figures are roughly 7" tall, cost $35.99 per series set and are due to arrive in Oct. 2014. NECA posted pictures on its Facebook of the diorama featured at its booth at Comic-Con this week, hinting that there might be some other figures for the series as well.
