The first Madden NFL 25 Playbook shows all the new moves you'll have at your disposal as a running back this season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneer back Doug Martin may not like his nickname, but that didn't stop him from running wild all over the NFL in his rookie season. In this first playbook video for Madden NFL 25, Martin is joined by ESPN color analyst Trey Wingo, as they discuss some of the abilities being added to the running game in this year's iteration.

Previous Madden games only featured eight different moves for runners to pull off, but EA is claiming there will be at least 35 in this installment. You can see a lot of action in the footage below, though it's tough to say for certain that there are a lot more than eight different moves on display. That said, the footage does look rather good, and could drastically change the franchise for the better. Madden NFL 13 was a little too pass-happy at times, and a rejuvenated running game could make all the difference.

Check out the footage below, and let us know how you think Madden NFL 25 is shaping up.
