The newest kombatant to join the ranks of Mortal Kombat X looks really down-to-earth.

Tremor is making his long-awaited Mortal Kombat X debut this week. For those who don't know, Tremor fights similarly to a Rockbender from the Avatar series — he's able to shift the earth around him to his benefit in the midst of a fight. This stone ninja can form boulders around his fists, make the earth tremble beneath an opponent's feet or make rocks rise out of the ground. As you'd expect, this results in some bloody awesome Fatality sequences. He also has three variations, one is ranged-oriented, another is defense-focused and the last appears to enhance Tremor's melee attacks. We can't wait to see what Tremor's Brutalities look like.

Anyone who purchased the $39.99 Kombat Pack Season Pass for Mortal Kombat X will be able to download the Tremor DLC bundle on July 21, which includes Tremor as a playable character and three klassic skins for Quan Chi, Jax and Kung Lao (even though they each have Tournament costumes already paying homage to their old looks). Based on previous expansions, the Tremor bundle will likely launch on July 28 for those without the Season Pass at the expected price of $7.99. Previous DLC characters cost $4.99 on their own and costume packs tend to be priced at $3.99 apiece, so expect similar pricing for this new content.
