More Purported Details on Black Ops 2 ‘Uprising’ DLC Appear
More details on "Uprising" have supposedly been discovered after the first images of promotional materials for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's next batch of downloadable content surfaced earlier this week.
According to Charlie Intel, "Uprising" is still set to feature four new multiplayer maps and a new Zombies map. The site also points to the Xbox Live Marketplace Upload Registry for more explanation on these new maps, including what Treyarch is calling "the most terrifying Zombies experience to date."
The Mob of the Dead map will feature Hollywood talent portraying gangsters in a Prohibition-era setting. Imprisoned on Alcatraz, the four criminals will have to fend off wave after wave of the undead masses. While little else was said about the multiplayer maps, Studio will reportedly be a re-imagining of the Black Ops map Firing Range.
The add-on is still supposedly on track for an April 16th release, so it shouldn't be much longer until Activision actually makes some sort of announcement about "Uprising."
