Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is set for release next month, but a content update is already in the works, aiming to give players what they want.

The update will be released in April and is the direct result of community feedback from Capcom's fans. It will add online cross-region functionality, which means that players from North America will be able to hook up with their fellow hunters in Europe, letting them engage in up to four-player battles.

April's update will also allow players to play the game anywhere by supporting off-TV player on the Wii U GamePad. You'll no longer have to be parked in front of large screen to hunt down the zoological nightmares that the game offers.

In addition to these gameplay enhancements, Capcom will also release free downloadable quests "several months after release," with the first free quest available for download at launch.

The game will be released on March 19th, 2013, so we won't have long until we can start hunting down the creatures that the monsters in our nightmares fear!

If you've played the demo, let us know what you think of the game and whether or not you'll want to play with hunters in other regions!
