Lucky Frame’s Wave Trip Gets New Trailer, Will Hit App Store Next Week

When we took our first look at Wave Trip this past November, we were eager to get the game onto our iOS devices as soon as possible. Now that we are a couple of days out from its coming release, developer Lucky Frame has dropped a new trailer that has re-whetted our appetites. They have also announced a concrete release date of January 22nd.

In case you missed our previous coverage, Wave Trip is a music-filled adventure where you control a little triangle-shaped astronaut guy, guiding him through pretty but treacherous worlds. It will play like a rhythm game, much in the same vein as the Patapon series for PSP.

According to Lucky Frame, you will be able to remix the levels into your own custom creations. There will also be an option to make your own stages from scratch, using an in-game editor.
