LittleBigPlanet 3 E3 2014 Trailer: Play with New Friends

During their E3 press conference, Sony announced that LittleBigPlanet 3 will be coming to PlayStation 4 this November. A trailer and gameplay demonstration followed the announcement, showing three new playable characters

OddSock, Toggle, and Swoop will join the action, each with a unique ability that will allow them to help Sackboy solve all new types of puzzles. Oddsock can jump off of walls and moves faster than other characters, Toggle can change size to reach otherwise inaccessible areas, and Swoop can fly. Sackboy gets his own unique ability, as well; wall climbing.

The new game will focus on co-op play, and feature an updated version of the level sharing suite that will allow access to every level ever made for all four LittleBigPlanet games.

LittleBigPlanet 3 looks great on the PS4, and we're certain to soon hear plenty more details about how else the generational upgrade will affect the game.

LittleBigPlanet 3 is set for a November release, exclusively on PlayStation 4.
