The newest episode for the Inside the Square series has been posted, giving us a look at the game designers, music composers and other team members who are bringing Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 to life.

The video introduces us to several key players at Square Enix who are working on Lightning Returns and we get to listen to them speak about Tetsuya Nomura as if he were a mythical creature, capable of giving life to CG characters.

We're then introduced to Hiroshi Kamohara, Production Supervisor, and Kaori Sato, Assistant Movie Director, as they talk about the visual aspects of Lightning Returns. According to Kamohara, their highest priority "has been to make Lightning more beautiful and cooler looking than ever before." To help illustrate her beauty, they've given her many different outfits to wear, so that players can get the full scope of her style.

The music in Lightning Returns was designed to convey a sense of fast, frenetic fun. The soundtrack features a lot of percussion, which is meant to add to the thrill of the action.

Check out the video above to see more behind-the-scenes looks at Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13. You can pick up the game when it drops on Feb. 11, 2014 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
