This newest trailer for Kirby and the Rainbow Curse showcases the pink guy's stylus-oriented, new adventure while revealing the game's interactions with Nintendo's line of amiibo figurines.

According to Destructoid, this Japanese trailer for Kirby and the Rainbow Curse introduces players to the game's multiplayer action. With one player playing as Kirby and another as Waddle Dee, it looks like there are some nice variations on the pink puff's platforming that you can do with a friend. We also get to see the various ways we can use the rainbow twist to help Kirby traverse each level. You will need to use it to both help Kirby move and protect him from perils.

At the end of the video, we get to see how Kirby and the Rainbow Curse will interact with Nintendo's Kirby, Meta Knight and King Dedede amiibo figurines. Scanning these amiibo figurines will let Kirby wear the character's outfit and give him a special power associated with that character. The Kirby amiibo will allow you to do a star dash at any time.

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse will launch on Feb. 13 exclusively on Wii U.
