iOS New Releases This Week: Karateka, Anomaly Korea + More

This classic 1984 adventure game is finally making its way to iOS. Retro fans will be happy to once again gather knights on a quest to defeat the evil Doomdark, the Witchking of Midnight. A sequel, Doomdark's Revenge, is expected also be released. Now hurry up and release Leather Goddesses of Phobos. We never did beat that stupid game.

One of the most anticipated tower attack sequels is here with new units and powers for you to use. Our boss has been playing this non-stop and he won't shut up about it. (And he hates everything, including when we talk about him in news posts.)

The Jordan Mechner classic that sucked hours and hours of our time as kids is finally coming to iOS in all its re-imagined glory! We've been waiting for this title ever since it was announced and we can't wait to punch stupid bad guys and hawks in the face. We just hope the princess is a bit nicer this time and doesn't flatten us if we approach her in a threatening stance.

You've heard of that tiny little puzzle game Cut the Rope, right? The one that features Om Nom? Of course you have. Well developers ZeptoLab have a brand new puzzle game called Pudding Monsters where you have to unite various gelatinous blobs into one giant pudding mess. It looks like it'll be just as much fun as Cut the Rope.

Let's see ... swords? Check. Monsters? Check. Fantasy adventure? Check. Awesome graphics? Check. An open world which is possibly the biggest ever in an iOS game? Check. Us playing it non-stop throughout the holidays? Double check.

A multiplayer frag fest where you gather up some friends and go to war. Assemble your squad, pick your weapons and duke it out. The colorful and cartoony graphics will have you smiling while your insides boil after some kid annihilates your entire team.

Remember earlier in this list when we asked for Leather Goddesses of Phobos to come out? THEY LISTENED. Now we can play that and 26 other classic Infocom titles in this iOS compilation originally released in 1991. All of the Zork titles? All of the classic text adventure games that drove us insane back in the day? Now here? To play on our iPhones and iPads? There is a Santa Claus!!

How'd we miss this? We knew it was coming out but it quietly snuck into the App Store on the 14th. Those damn sneaky Power Rangers! Let's just pretend it came out this week, ok? Who wants some Wang? We do!! We want Wang 24/7! We've been dreaming of Wang for weeks and we're finally going to get our two hands on some! Some Lo Wang that is! This classic FPS has been ported over to iOS, with all the blood, guts and stupid Wang jokes classic shooter fans remember. Best of all? They didn't put a price tag on it! FREE WANG FOR EVERYONE!!!!!!

If you've beaten Where's My Water? and Where's My Perry? but are still jonesin' for some new Water fun, then Where's My Holiday? has you covered. Where's My Holiday features 12 new holiday-themed levels featuring Swampy and Perry. Now you've got something to do after eating that giant Christmas dinner!

A really nice looking side-scroller where you chop and slice your way past hundreds of enemies. Sorry, no Robert DeNiro or cool car chase scenes. That's a different Ronin.
