Injustice: Gods Among Us, is scheduled to release on April 16th in North American territories. However, anyone who is on the fence about purchasing the game will be able to give a full demo a try next week.

The demo will launch April 2nd on the PSN in America and April 3rd on the PSN in Europe and XBLA in both territories. It will allow you to pick from Batman, Wonder Woman, and Lex Luthor and take them into battle on the Gotham City stage. The stage will come complete with all stage transitions and intractable elements and all characters will be able to reference their full move-lists from inside the game.

Though Injustice is scheduled to be a Wii U release, it does not appear as if a demo will be landing on the Nintendo eShop.

Along with the announcement of the Injustice demo, Netherrealm Studios released a brand new gameplay trailer featuring Black Adam, nemesis to Captain Marvel (or Shazam! If you prefer modern day incarnations.) Black Adam is a zoning character with many interesting moves that hit at peculiar angles. By combining his close in strikes with his powerful bolts you can create some damaging combos and make it very unsafe for the opponent to move.
