At the basic level, you can download the DRM-free version of Deadlight. Paying $1 or more gets you it on Steam. You also get Galactic Civilizations II: Ultimate Edition and The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Complete Pack. If you pay more than the average price (which is currently at $5.94), you also get Terraria, Crusader Kings II (with 3 DLC Unit Packs) and The King of Fighters XIII Steam Edition. Paying $15 or more gives you everything previously mentioned along with the Age of Empires Legacy Bundle.
