A new Kickstarter project lets Hotline Miami enthusiasts get in on a sweet new figurine based on Jacket, the player character from the first game.

The Kickstarter page touts the figure as the "first ever 1/6 scale, 12 inch Hotline Miami Jacket articulated figure by Dennaton, Devolver Digital and esctoy.com," confirming that this isn't just some fan project, the developers of Hotline Miami are part of it, too. The figure comes with multiple heads depicting the various masks Jacket wears throughout the game, multiple weapons for Jacket to pose with, and an alternate hospital gown costume taken from the hospital mission of the game.

$85 is the minimum donation to the cause needed to score a figure for yourself (the $75 Early Kill level sold out very quickly) but donating less can score you pre-order codes for the upcoming Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, download codes for the original Hotline Miami, and other perks. If you were concerned about the prospects of this figure coming to fruition, ESC Toy also developed the blind box figures for Klei's Don't Starve, among many other video game collectibles.

We love this figurine, and we're currently trying to figure out at which level we want to donate. We also love the idea of indie devs Kickstarting figures based on their characters, because we're not sure how else those figurines will come to life. If Phil Fish wanted to make a Gomez figurine, Kickstarter is probably the best way to go. Oh, and Phil Fish should totally make a Gomez figurine.

The figurine is due to arrive sometime April 2015, so hop on now if you want to be part of the action.
