Go ahead and try to say that five times fast. Microsoft has teamed up with 7-Eleven, Mountain Dew, and Doritos to bring us an iOS tie-in game using augmented reality. What will it take for us to become Kings of the Hill? Fans of the Master Chief and his exploits can download the game tonight from the App Store. The tie-in game will feature King of the Hill-type gameplay with an augmented reality component. The hill-conquering action will take place at 7-Eleven stores across the US, where players can scan Mountain Dew and Doritos products to acquire supplies to use in the game. They can then battle it out with others on local and national levels in 7-Eleven locations everywhere.

Mountain Dew continues with its assertion that it is the fuel gamers need and offers rewards for loyal Dew-guzzling Halo fans. There is a chance that players can win exclusive prizes through the game, like themes or a "Bulletproof" Emblem, on top of Mountain Dew's current Double XP promotion.

Are any of you going to go on a Dew-Ritos crawl in a bid to become the King? Let us know in the comments below!
