Lionhead Studios has finally announced when we'll be able to get our grubby hands on Fable Anniversary. Albion, here we come!

According to a post on Xbox Wire, Fable Anniversary will be released on Feb. 4, 2014 in the US. Asia will get it on Feb. 6, 2014 and Europe will have to wait until Feb. 7, 2014 to start kicking chickens.

An interview with Craig Oman reveals some of the changes that fans will see in the updated game. For starters, the save system has been changed so autosave checkpoints are frequent and automatically record your progress during a quest. You'll also be able to manually save at any time.

More badass magical weapons have also been added to the game, so those who are magically-inclined will have the ability to carry a weapon that's actually useful and makes sense for them.

Fable Anniversary will also include SmartGlass features, giving fans the option of going on a separate device to check out the expanded lore in Fable, read through character and check out screenshots from the original game in order to see all of the improvements in the Anniversary edition.

Don't forget that Fable Anniversary will also ship with The Lost Chapters content, giving us even more bang for our back. Look out for the game when it drops on Xbox 360 on Feb. 4, 2014.
