At the EA press conference, the world's largest game publisher showcased EA Sports PGA Tour, their next golf offering, with a brief teaser that shows off the game's use of the Frostbite Engine and its new fantasy courses.

The now Tiger Woods-less PGA Tour returns to the title it abandoned in 1999, and uses the engine that helped define the Battlefield series to create a more realistic golf experience than ever before. It will also bring us a set of fantasy courses that bring EA's golf title into direct competition with more cartoonish golf franchises like Powerstar Golf and Hot Shots Golf. the example shown is straight out of Battlefield 4, with a massive destroyer ship crashing into the course while a golfer's drive flies over its deck, onto the green, and into the hole.

PGA Tour is being developed by EA Tiburon.
