The UK website GAME.co.uk has an interesting deal going right now up on their site. If you decide to pre-order and buy a physical copy of Crysis 3, Dead Space 3, Sim City, or Army Of Two: The Devil's Cartel, you will be able to download three different EA Mobile games for free! Do tell.
The EA Mobile Games in question are FIFA 13, Need for Speed Most Wanted and Mass Effect: Infiltrator. Good on ya Brits, that's a heck of a deal. But will this catch on? Is GAME.co.uk blazing new territory here?
The more we think about it, the more it makes a lot of sense, especially for bigger companies that can tie-in different versions of their franchises. If Microsoft offering the whole console version of the first Gears of War for free is any indication, big companies are not going to shy away from big deals on digitally downloaded products. And who doesn't like the idea of some mobile games added in to sweeten the deal of a regular game purchase?
