Destiny E3 Trailer: Beta Launch, White PS4 Bundle, Alpha Access and More

Bungie's E3 trailer for Destiny has let us in on a multitude of features for the release of this innovative FPS/RPG hybrid.

This new trailer for Destiny is filled with intense, balls-to-the-wall action along with many big announcements about its release from Bungie. While we were trying to speculate whether or not the narrator of the trailer was Peter Dinklage (you can decide for yourself), Bungie has hit us sideways with some impressive details in regards to PlayStation's "Play It First, Play It Better" motto when it comes to Destiny.

Destiny will launch on Sept. 9 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Pre-ordering Destiny, whether online or at participating retailers, will grant you access to Destiny's upcoming beta. Destiny's beta will start on July 17 first for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 players, whereas the Xbox beta will launch at a later date.

Sony has also announced that a special white, Destiny-based PS4 system will debut on Sept. 9. This bundle will have a 500 GB white PS4 console, a 30 day voucher for PlayStation Plus and Destiny included. Unfortunately, there has yet to be a price tag attached to the exclusive bundle. Also, PlayStation users can get special alpha gameplay access at the Destiny website from June 12 to June 15, but they only have until June 11 to register.
