Deep Down E3 2014 Trailer: Monster Hunter Meets Diablo

The E3 trailer for Capcom’s upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive showcases treasure hunting, dungeon crawling and some serious monster slaying.

This E3 2014 trailer for Deep Down puts a focus on some of the otherworldly, imaginative monsters you will be facing. While most dungeon crawlers tend to feature demon-like creatures and the likes of imps and overgrown wildlife, Deep Down features monsters made out of liquid and monsters worthy of their own horror films.

In Deep Down, you play a character who gets sent into the distant past in a new timeline that is filled with monsters and treasure. Similar to Dark Souls, you must explore dungeons and find riches, but there are plenty of bizarre foes you will face throughout the way. Spears and Swords might not hack it, but you’re going to have to try nonetheless when Deep Down launches exclusively for PlayStation 4.
