Dead Rising 3's PC Edition proves that you can survive a zombie apocalypse by pointing and clicking in front of a computer as you hold a teddy bear in your arms.

At San Diego Comic-Con's World of Capcom panel, the house of Resident Evil and Street Fighter announced that Dead Rising 3 will be coming out for PC, Siliconera reports. That's right, you will get to point-and-click your way through the undead hordes of Los Perdidos with some very optimized graphics. Gamers fortunate enough to have high-end gaming rigs will be able to explore the zombie outbreak in the most beautiful ways possible. Playing on PC tends to open up a game for full customization and mods. This means we expect to see all sorts of crazy "massager"-type weapons soon.

Dead Rising 3 will launch for PC on Sept. 5. The PC edition of the game will also include the various pieces of the "Untold Stories of Los Perdidos" downloadable content.

Zombie outbreaks are bad, but are they as bad as 5x5's Best Video Game Viruses?
