It has been awhile since developer Pixelocity Software released Disc Drivin' way back in December of 2010. What have they been up to in the meantime? Working on their new iOS game -- Danger Boat! Even if this turns out to be a terrible game, it's still a game called Danger Boat. So at least it has that going for it.

Danger Boat will be an endless runner style game (or is that endless sailing?), with plenty of action to be found on the high seas. You will have to tilt your iOS device of choice in order to help your boat avoid oncoming ... you guessed it, danger. That's why it's called Danger Boat!

The goal of the game is to stay alive as long as possible. Like with most endless runner games, the things you will have to dodge include icebergs, waves, whirlpools, rocks and uh, hmm, we're forgetting something. Oh yeah ... missiles! Can't have a game called Danger Boat without some missiles.

Look out for the buoys in the water. If you can manage to weave your way through enough of them slalom skiing style, you will unlock power-ups that will help keep you cruising, such as a shield that will absorb damage. Keep your eyes on the horizon, because Danger Boat will be pulling in to drop anchor in the App Store soon.
