Intelligent Systems is taking us into its steampunk version of London as it revealed a launch date for Code Name: S.T.E.A.M.

Destructoid reports that, at the Game Video Awards in Las Vegas, Intelligent Systems has finally put a date to its new project that was officially revealed in June. S.T.E.A.M. takes a step away from the themes of Intelligent Systems' previous works, such as Fire Emblem, and adds mechanized action to its style of turn-based strategy gameplay.

In Code Name: S.T.E.A.M., you will battle alongside icons such as Abraham Lincoln, Henry Fleming, Tiger Lilly, Tom Sawyer and a version of the Cowardly Lion (except in this game, he's not so cowardly). You will take up an age-old fight against alien invaders with all sorts of steam-powered weaponry at your disposal.

Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. will be hitting the Nintendo 3DS on Mar. 13.
