Bungie Reveals Destiny’s Shrike Vehicle

If you were afraid that you'd have to walk everywhere in Destiny's massive game world, then you can rest easily knowing that the Shrike vehicle has just been revealed.

"If you are a knight of the City, this is your steed," Tom Doyle, Art Lead at Bungie said.This is in reference to the Shrike vehicle, which is a sleek little speeder capable of traversing the many terrains of Mars, Venus, the Moon or even the remains of Earth.

"We wanted to give Guardians the experience of having a glorious beast to convey them from place to place - something that represented them," Isaac Hannaford, who conceptualized the vehicle, said.

The coolest part is that you'll be able to summon your Shrike on demand, meaning that you and your buddies can go for joyrides during your downtime. As you continue your adventures with your Shrike, you'll be able to customize and upgrade it, giving you the ability to really make your Shrike your own.

We'll have to wait until Sept. 9 to get our hands on one of these badboys, but at least we can check out the screenshots of the Shrike and its many appearances down below.
