The Official Battlefield Blog has been updated with tips on how to complete all of the Assignments and earn every medal, ribbon, dog tog, and trophy/achievement in Battlefield 3: End Game.

The Blog runs down every single new piece of persistence in End Game, so Battlefield warriors can prep themselves mentally for the challenges ahead.

You've got your standard achievements and challenges that are tied to some of the basic additions in the expansion, like getting a Capture the Flag Ribbon by playing CTF just once. But then there are more difficult goals, like the SCAR-L Specialist Assignment, which tasks you with getting 100 kills with the SCAR-L and capturing the flag 3 times in CTF. Completion of this particular Assignment unlocks the Desert Strike and Digital Woodland Camo skins for the SCAR-L.

Our personal favorite unlockables are the dog tags, which let you customize your character and let other players know about your prowess on the battlefield. One interesting new dog tag is called "Pancakes" and can be unlocked if the player falls over 200 meters and dies. It's kind of funny because everyone else will be able to see the number of deaths you suffered from cratering into the earth.

But perhaps the most important piece of news on the Blog is the full release schedule for End Game, which is as follows:

  • PS3 Premium members: March 5th, 2013
  • X360 and PC Premium members: March 12th, 2013
  • PS3 players: March 19th, 2013
  • X360 and PC players: March 26th, 2013

So get ready for more vehicular mayhem and prepare your eyes for the sight of a bunch of dudes bailing from helicopters and jets to get the Pancakes dog tag! Let us know if you'll be doing the same!
