Dreaming of the days of old when PC RPG goodness didn't focus on lens flares, film grain, and other visual enhancements? When gameplay was king and you could drop hours at a time inside dungeons, hunting loot and monsters? You're in luck! Overhaul will be releasing Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition for iOS on November 28. Check out the new gameplay trailer inside.

Rejoice, roleplaying fans! The RPG relic that is Baldur's Gate is getting an enhanced port that will be available in the App Store very soon. What does the enhanced version include, you ask? Well, ladies and gents, not only do you get the original Baldur's Gate, but you also get the Tales of the Sword Coast expansion, a brand new adventure called The Black Pits, a new party member who is a monk named Rasaad yn Bashir, and much more.

Now, there will be some in-app purchases available for those who really want to get the full effect and don't mind shelling out the ducats to do so. Some of these include new characters named Dorn Il-Khan and Neera the Wild Mage, player voice sets, and player portraits. But it already sounds like the Enhanced Edition is giving gamers a lot of bang for their buck, so adding onto the initial $9.99 purchase sounds completely optional.

Look for the game in the App Store on November 28th. Just remember to take a break from all the dungeon-crawling every now and again to get some of your holiday prepping done. In the meantime, check out the new gameplay trailer below and let us know what you're looking forward to in this release.
