The Nintendo Entertainment System was notorious for its horrible box art (as were most other retro systems up until the '90s), which is why a list of 10 Awesomely Bad NES Covers is easy to compile. Most of these covers were done by photographers and editors who were uninformed as to what the game was about, or simply did not care. During this time, developers did not know which titles would be a success or which ones would flop. As a result, we have a plethora of generically-bad box art throughout the entire NES library. It's time to facepalm as we unearth 10 Awesomely Bad NES Covers.
