Awesome Games Done Quick is set to return to Twitch, providing hours upon hours of speedrunning fun, all in the name of charity.

AGDQ 2015 will be a 160-hour live broadcast that lasts from Jan. 4, 2015 - Jan. 10, 2015. Live spectators can check out the action at the Hilton Dulles Airport Hotel in Herndon, Virginia. If you can't make it out to the hotel, the stream will be shown live on Twitch, via the Games Done Quick Twitch Channel.

The games on the speedrun list include titles such as Banjo-Kazooie, Dark Souls 2 and even classic stinkers like Sneak King, the video game tie-in for Burger King's creepy mascot that came out a few years ago.

The event will help raise money for the Prevent Cancer Foundation, all thanks to the work of over 150 speedrunners who are set to fly through several different titles. AGDQ 2014 raised over $1,000,000 and this year's event aims to break past that number with a 100% completion speedrun of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. That sounds amazing.

Mike Uyama, AGDQ organizer, said, "GDQs have grown tremendously over the past five years. It would have been unbelievable to think we’d go from 20 runners in my mom’s basement to over 500 attendees for AGDQ2014 and a 109,000 viewer peak.  AGDQ 2014 was about making sure the event could keep growing at its heightened pace while raising money for charity and maintaining the fun, positive atmosphere we’ve had for years.  With that success, I know we can match last year’s million dollars, I know the GDQs work because of the people involved, and it's a great sign that there are already 600 registered attendees for AGDQ 2015."
