We're back with another installment of the Arcade Spotlight! This time we're travelling to Chicago, Illinois, home of da Bears, da Bulls and da bars filled with arcade machines. Like this one!

Emporium Arcade Bar is located in the Wicker Park neighborhood with a new Logan Square location on the way. Get wasted with their selection of 24 beers on tap, and a huge menu filled with whiskey, rum and tequila. If you don't leave here stumbling, then you did it wrong.

Besides da booze, some actually visit for the arcade games! That's right, Emporium has a sweet selection of pins and classics for the 21 year-old who has never seen a Burgertime machine. They've got over 50 arcade games. Everything from Arkanoid to Tron. They also have a sweet selection of pins. From the classic Theatre of Magic to newer Stern titles like Metallica, X-Men and Star Trek. (They have the new Transformers, but that pin sucks Deceptiass.)

Unfortunately, their machines take tokens instead of quarters. A practice which I will never, ever understand. Unless we're transported back to the '80s and there's an Aladdin's Castle every 500 feet, I'm not sure why places still use tokens when using quarters is much easier for the patron. Maybe they hate counting quarters? Who knows. But they do claim that every game costs only one token to play. Not sure if that includes their pinball machines, which usually run .50 cents.

Take a look at some pictures of this cool barcade and be sure to tell them Arcade Sushi sent ya the next time you go.
