All-New Hot Shots Golf DLC Hits the Links

Clap Handz finally has some new characters and courses coming to the PlayStation Vita's Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational on March 19th.

It has taken more than a year, but Vita launch title Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational is getting new content next week. Three new characters and three new courses are being made available separately as downloadable content. Gloria from Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds will return, but there will be two new characters in Erika, and Gravity Rush's Kat.

The three courses being released are HSG: OOB's Mt. Sakura, a classic among classic courses in the series, and the Northern Fox course. Completely original for World Invitational is the new Mar Cielo course, which is on a beach resort. Additionally, a new patch is coming (v1.05) that will introduce asynchronous play for up to 20 tournaments at a time.

The characters will each cost $0.99, with the courses running $2.99 a piece. The whole set can be purchased for $11.99, but PlayStation Plus users get a discount down to $8.99 for the whole package. Money well spent in our opinion.
