In a move that shocked the industry, Bungie's hit FPS, Destiny, took the crown for Best Game at the 2015 British Academy Games Awards

Polygon has provided a list of all the big winners from the 2015 BAFTA Games Awards. In a very controversial move, Destiny was announced as the Best Game of 2014, which is something we wholeheartedly disagree with. Arcade Sushi's review of Destiny gave it a 7.5/10 on our rating scale, whereas Metacritic averaged out nearly 100 critics' reviews to Destiny having a 76/100 score. In our list of the Best Games of 2014, Destiny took the 24th spot, losing to The Walking Dead: Season 2 and 22 other titles that we felt were better. In all honesty, Dragon Age: Inquisition should have won. While we disagree with this win, we were glad to see that many deserving indie hits were among this year's winners of the other categories, including Lumino City, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter and Monument Valley. Also, the Elite franchise's creator, David Braben, took home the Games Fellowship award, which was previously awarded to Peter Molyneux and Gabe Newell.
